# Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Region We only ship orders to the United States mainland at present. We do not support shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other overseas territories.
2. Order Processing Time All orders will be processed and shipped out within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays will be shipped on the next working day. We do not support expedited rush processing for orders.
3. Free Shipping Standard Free standard shipping on all orders over $35 USD. For orders under $35 USD, a flat shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on delivery distance.
4. Delivery Time Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on local postal efficiency. Delivery delays may occur due to weather, peak shopping seasons, or carrier logistics issues, which are out of our control.
5. Tracking Information Once your package is dispatched, a shipping tracking number will be sent to your registered email. You can track your real-time delivery status via the tracking link.
6. Undeliverable & Returned Packages If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, recipient refusal, or missed delivery without pickup, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost. We will only reship after receiving your supplementary shipping payment.
7. Shipping Exclusions Free shipping discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other storewide coupon codes for clearance items.
